Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up. The role involves sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases, and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will conduct initial screenings, prepare shortlisted profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain records in the ATS, while collaborating with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in IT, technical, operational or high-volume recruitment advantageous.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
• Good candidate-screening and interview coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, responsive and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and tight timelines.
• Able to work remotely during Singapore business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer follow-up.
• Source suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience and salary expectations.
• Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for submission to the hiring team.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for vacancies.
• Support high-volume and project-based recruitment requirements.
• Keep candidate records and ATS updated.
• Provide regular hiring updates.
• Work with Singapore Talent Acquisition team to meet timelines.
• Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
