Averis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, from sourcing and screening to interview and offers. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and design effective TA strategies.

The role emphasizes building pipelines, managing employer branding, delivering a positive candidate experience, and tracking recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection and offer stages. The individual will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Daily activities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also requires monitoring recruitment metrics, advising on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting for technology roles.
• Experience with interviewing and hiring processes, including structured and competency-based techniques.
• Proficiency in employer branding initiatives, talent sourcing, and candidate pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Experience hiring for IT, Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Data, or AI-related positions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage candidates at various seniority levels.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in technology or shared services industries is an advantage.
