Job summary

AFON IT Pte Ltd invites a proactive IT Support Engineer for a fully remote role, enabling you to support business clients from home. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise with Windows Server, network devices, and security infrastructures.

You will monitor clients' servers, networks and cloud deployments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune) while maintaining strong client communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with Windows Server OS, network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining server infrastructure.
• Experience in the system integrator industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication.
• Independent work style with strong troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune) is a plus.
• Experience with Linux OS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor clients' servers, network, security and computer systems.
• Monitor client systems and identify performance issues proactively.
• Provide IT technical support to existing clients.
