Job summary

Purnama Mahir Sdn Bhd is seeking an ICT/Technical Assistant to support MFP and copier network installations at customer sites. The role includes setting up print drivers, scan-to-folder/email, and network printing configurations.

You will provide remote troubleshooting via TeamViewer or AnyDesk and monitor AI system alerts related to copier services, toner, and error status, assisting in basic IT issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ICT/technical support in office equipment networks.
• Ability to assist in copier network installations and basic IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist ICT/Technical team with MFP/copier network installation at customer sites.
• Support copier network setup including print driver, scan-to-folder/email, and network printing configuration.
• Provide remote support via TeamViewer/AnyDesk for troubleshooting.
• Monitor AI bot/AI system alerts related to copier service, toner, error status or customer support.
• Assist in basic IT troubleshooting as required.
