Job summary

ATP SALES & SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an IT Intern to provide first-line IT support and assist with copier hardware and software setup, maintenance, and repair. You will respond to end-user inquiries promptly and document IT activities as part of a growing team.

• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
• Assist with set-up, maintenance and repair of copier hardware and software.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for end-users

Assisting with the set-up, maintenance and repair of copier hardware and software

Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
