Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Deutschland GmbH is seeking an HR Shared Services Agent to deliver core HR processes, including data management, onboarding, and terminations, aligned with SLAs. You will manage employee inquiries and uphold data integrity across the HR system.

The role supports onboarding and offboarding activities, ensures confidentiality, and contributes to process improvements within a remote, permanent work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years HR experience focused on Shared Services or customer service in HR.
• Experience with data management, onboarding, terminations, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, terminations, and HR admin tasks.
• Handle a wide array of HR inquiries and HR functional processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system with data integrity.
• Support onboarding by coordinating new hire documentation.
• Assist with offboarding and termination processes, including exit interviews.
• Respond to HR policy inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Document key HR processes and seek optimization opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Other duties as assigned.
