Job summary

You will handle inquiries, maintain records in the HR system, and participate in audits and system enhancements to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years HR Shared Services experience with customer service and quality assurance.
• Experience with Salesforce/ServiceNow and Workday technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
• Create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
• Address confidential, complex, time-sensitive data and issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Support onboarding by coordinating new hire documentation and smooth transitions.
• Assist with offboarding and termination processes, including final documentation and exit interviews.
• Respond to employee HR policy questions with timely, professional guidance.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and initiatives.
• Document key processes and seek opportunities to optimize and streamline.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Conduct random audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.
• Support system enhancements by participating in testing, training, and implementation.
• Create, maintain, and review employee documentation per defined processes and requests.
• Other duties as assigned, dependent on organizational needs and employee skills.
