Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. is seeking a remote HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management and employee relations.

You will handle administrative duties, document management, and data entry, while communicating with clients via WhatsApp, email and phone. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also involves supporting HR projects, trainings, and performance management through reviews

Qualifications

• Malaysia HR and payroll experience
• Willingness to learn Singapore HR and payroll regulations
• English language proficiency and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
• Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone to address HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Assist with training and development by creating programs and conducting sessions, and assist with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generate HR reports.
