Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. is hiring for a remote HR role operating on a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule. The candidate will manage recruitment, payroll, leave, and employee relations, with strong attention to documentation and compliance.

The position requires Malaysia HR and payroll experience, ability to learn Singapore HR regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Teams and HR software. Own laptop and stable internet are required; a company laptop may be provided in select locations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact in English and write reasonably.
• IT-savvy with comfort using HR software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and leave management.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain documentation, records, and data entry.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Support HR projects and employee training initiatives.
