BD Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with 1-5 years of technical or customer support experience. You will be the first voice for doctors, nurses, pharmacies and other healthcare entities, handling inbound calls, documenting issues, resolving tickets, and escalating when necessary.

You will work with SQL Server, SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, AD and VMware, and support field installations and parts shipments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-5 years in technical/customer support or related field.
• Experience with enterprise databases and Microsoft stack.

Responsabilidades

• Accept inbound calls from healthcare clients and document details.
• Follow support protocols and escalate where needed.
• Resolve tickets and communicate status clearly.
• Coordinate shipments and support installations when required.
