Job summary

BD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice for healthcare clients. You will handle inbound calls, document issues, and escalate where needed while maintaining professionalism and urgency.

The role requires 1–5 years in technical/customer support, with strong communication and teamwork. Experience with BD products and healthcare processes is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in MYS Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–5 years technical/customer support experience.
• Experience communicating with doctors, nurses, pharmacies or healthcare entities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound support calls and document interactions.
