• Handle customer inquiries, understand technical requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer communication, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and order coordination.
• Communicate with overseas customers and business partners through email, online meetings, and trade events.
