Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Global Benefits & Compensation Lead to own the benefits offered worldwide and the competitive data behind our client offers. You will source, benchmark and renew benefits, ensuring local compliance and cost-efficiency across markets, including Malaysia, Romania or Colombia as regional hubs.

You will build a global benefits catalogue, negotiate with brokers and providers, and manage renewals end-to-end while maintaining data protection and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in benefits and/or compensation, global or multi-country management.
• Hands-on experience sourcing benefits and negotiating with brokers, insurers and providers.
• Strong working knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits and local compliance across jurisdictions.
• Commercial and analytical: benchmarking, cost modelling and vendor negotiation.
• Organised and deadline-driven; able to run a global renewal calendar.
• Fluent English; able to work across time zones from a Regional Delivery Centre (Malaysia, Romania or Colombia).

Responsibilities

• Research and benchmark statutory and supplementary benefits across the countries we operate in.
• Build and maintain a global benefits catalogue aligned to GoGlobal standards.
• Source competitive, compliant benefit options for new and existing markets.
• Select, appoint and manage brokers, insurers and benefits providers in each market.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and service levels; consolidate vendors when appropriate.
• Own the vendor relationship end to end.
• Own the global renewal and renegotiation calendar; ensure on-time renewals.
• Keep enrolments, documentation and provider contracts audit-ready; partner with Legal and Compliance on obligations.
• Maintain data protection and confidentiality across all employee and vendor data.
• Model the cost of benefit options and their impact on cost-to-serve.
