Grab is seeking a Manager, Rewards to advance its global rewards practices and drive competitive compensation, equity, and benefits strategies. You will translate HQ knowledge into practical solutions, guiding programmes with analytical judgement.

You will report to the Head of Rewards as an individual contributor, collaborating across People Operations to attract, motivate and retain top talent in a 5-day in-office setup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Rewards within technology/fintech/high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive change amid ambiguity.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Structured analytical thinking with sound judgement in compensation challenges.
• Familiarity with applying Generative AI to rewards practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global rewards programme implementation and administration from HQ perspective.
• Monitor effectiveness of rewards practices and propose enhancements aligned with market trends.
• Design creative solutions for rewards-related programmes and incentive plans.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with People Operations to raise awareness of rewards programmes.
• Provide advisory on base salary, incentives, equity, and benefits offerings.
• Lead due diligence for M&A and executive compensation matters.
