• 8-12 years progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, audit processes, and financial governance.

• Oversee finance operations including accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
