Job summary

European Wellness is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function from Malaysia. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior finance positions and a strong track record in corporate finance and strategic transactions.

You will oversee group financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls, and you will communicate with local and international stakeholders in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

CA qualification with membership in a recognized body.
10–15 years in finance with senior management experience.
Proven track record in corporate finance and fundraising activities.
Experience with corporate exercises such as IPOs, mergers, and financing.
Ability to communicate with local and international stakeholders in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation and internal controls.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting.
Present financial information to the Board and senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with external advisers, auditors, and regulators.
Travel when required.
