Job summary

Everstudio Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting/finance support professional in Malaysia to maintain financial records, process invoices, and assist with statements. The role requires 1–2 years' experience, good Excel skills, and English fluency; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a bonus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage employee’s claims.
• Liaise with auditors and related divisions as needed.
• Handle data entry and update financial documents.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks and other duties assigned.
