Job summary

Autoplay Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur to handle daily accounting and financial transactions, invoicing, and financial records. You will assist with payroll and maintain accurate filing and reconciliation.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu, and knowledge of accounting principles. Strong Excel skills and independence are valued in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin/Chinese.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliation.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
