Nufarm is seeking experienced L2 EUC Support Engineers to join our Global IT team, delivering regional Level 2 End-User Computing support for a globally distributed workforce. This remote role partners with L1/L1.5, escalating complex issues and ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital workplace.

You’ll troubleshoot a broad range of endpoint, device, application, messaging, identity, and connectivity issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online,

Qualifications

3–5 years of practical experience in IT service desk, desktop or end-user support.
Solid troubleshooting skills across a Microsoft End-User Computing environment.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.

Responsabilités

Act as regional Level 2 escalation point for End-User Computing incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot endpoint, application, messaging, collaboration, identity and access issues.
Provide remote guidance to L1 and L1.5 support teams.
Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and Intune-managed devices.
Assist with device provisioning, deployment, and policy compliance.
