Job summary

Amplify, the team behind iFax, is hiring its first Enterprise Account Manager to own the relationship with our enterprise healthcare customers. This role is remote from LATAM, the Philippines, or Malaysia, with core hours overlapping US business hours.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts from onboarding to renewal, run strategic QBRs, spot expansion opportunities, prevent churn, and coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless advocacy for our clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years owning enterprise B2B SaaS accounts
• Comfortable across product-led and sales-led motions
• Proven ability to build relationships to executive levels
• Experience with CRM discipline and workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the full relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal
• Run QBRs that create real next steps, not just a slide review
• Spot the next expansion opportunity (new department, workflow, or product)
• Catch churn risk early enough to mitigate it
• Coordinate Support, Product, and Engineering to keep the customer in one line of communication
