Job summary

Algonova is a global EdTech leader hiring a hands-on sales leadership professional to coach and coordinate a team of Trial Class Managers / Education Sales Consultants in a fully remote setup.

You will drive KPI performance, coach on consultative selling, onboarding, and improve conversion and revenue across 90+ countries, with a base USD 400-600 per month plus a performance-based bonus. Weekday hours align with Malaysia time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, education, customer success, or related fields.
• 2+ years leading, supervising, or coaching a customer-facing/sales team.
• Experience in education sales, EdTech, tutoring, or children's education is a strong advantage.
• Bahasa Melayu fluency is highly preferred.
• Strong consultative sales and coaching skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, performance data and targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting/performance management platforms.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian market and parent/customer behavior is preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Trial Class Managers / Education Sales Consultants.
• Monitor team KPIs including trial volume, conversion, revenue, and attendance.
• Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, role plays, and performance reviews.
• Review trial class and sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Coach consultants on consultative selling, parent engagement, and objection handling.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to resolve scheduling and customer issues.
• Analyze performance data and implement initiatives to improve conversion and revenue.
