Job summary

RISE by BCG U, a dynamic edu-tech company, seeks a Sales Development Representative in a hybrid role. You will leverage our database to initiate outreach, schedule demos, and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team for closing on our flagship 6-month course priced SGD 15,000–SGD 20,000 with potential government subsidies of up to 90%.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in tech sales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial outreach to potential leads from our database.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Utilize provided pitch scripts to effectively communicate course benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status.
