Job summary

Happy Together Academy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a remote sales professional to handle incoming learner leads. You will assess needs, match courses, explain enrolment steps, and follow up to convert leads into enrolments. The role requires independent work, strong discipline, and timely communication.

Applicants should be comfortable with daily lead management, CRM-like updates, and working to individual and team targets. Structured training and ongoing support are provided in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Responsive, disciplined, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other enquiry channels.
• Understand learners’ needs, goals, budget, and preferred course schedule.
• Recommend suitable courses based on learner profile and objectives.
• Explain course structure, schedules, enrolment steps, and available support clearly.
• Make follow-up calls and send follow-ups message to interested leads.
• Follow up consistently with leads until an enrolment decision is made.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with learners.
• Update lead status, follow-up progress, and enrolment outcome accurately.
• Work towards individual and team enrolment targets.
• Participate in sales training, role-play, call simulation, and performance review sessions.
