Job summary

BELLS Institute of Higher Learning seeks a results-driven sales specialist to convert leads into enrolled learners. This fully remote role involves engaging via WhatsApp, calls and online chats, then tailoring course recommendations to learners’ needs.

You will follow up relentlessly, manage CRM records, and continually refine your pitch while staying informed on Tech, Baking and Professional Development courses.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results and convert leads.
• Confident in communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp, with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple leads and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
• Engage customers through WhatsApp, Phone Calls and Online Communication.
• Follow up with new, warm and previously rejected leads to identify future sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections and concerns confidently. Follow up on leads consistently until they make a decision.
• Maintain accurate lead status, customer information and sales records in our CRM system.
• Continuously improve your sales pitch, follow-up techniques and closing skills.
• Keep up-to-date with our Tech, Baking and Professional Development courses so you can confidently explain the benefits to learners.
