Start Tuition Pte Ltd is expanding its Malaysia-based remote team and is seeking freelance Home Tuition Sales Executives to manage tuition assignments and convert parent enquiries into tutor placements.

This 100% remote, commission-based role requires sales experience and a self-motivated approach. You will handle enquiries via WhatsApp and phone, review tutor applications, present recommendations, and follow through to successful closures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree is required.
• Sales experience or experience in customer conversion, business development or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Own computer, phone and reliable internet connection are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents through phone and WhatsApp and manage matched assignments.
• Understand parents' requirements and identify suitable tutors.
• Review tutor applications and select suitable candidates for referral.
• Present tutor recommendations clearly and persuasively to parents.
• Follow up with parents and tutors through the matching process to close assignments.
• Negotiate and coordinate tuition rates, schedules and other arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update assignment statuses in the internal system.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and meet service standards.
