Job summary

Sleek is hiring a Customer Support Executive to serve Hong Kong clients from a Malaysia-based remote setup. You will handle multilingual support (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) for onboarding, inquiries, and troubleshooting using Sleek’s SaaS platform.

This 100% remote role requires at least 2 years in customer support, a Bachelor’s degree, and working rights in Malaysia; experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.
• Minimum 2 years in customer support (SaaS or professional services preferred).
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.
• Must be based in Malaysia (100% Fully Remote). Must have a suitable home workspace located within Malaysia with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for feedback and submissions of documents.
• Resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on speed and clarity.
• Guide clients through Sleek’s digital platforms (e.g., onboarding, document submissions).
• Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation, accounting, and more, escalating to internal teams when needed.
• Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting and Tech teams to ensure seamless service.
