OmniCommerce Holdings seeks a creative strategist to scale Meta ad spend and design high-converting concepts from ideation to production. You will own the storytelling, brief editors, and drive data-informed iterations while working remotely with direct founder access.

Start ASAP in a role with low base and uncapped upside. You will be responsible for strategic direction, instant feedback, and rapid concept development across brands that currently spend over USD 19M/year on Meta.

Qualifications

• Output-focused and high-volume concept shipping.
• Defensible opinions on ads with rationale for brand benchmarks.
• Pattern recognition to identify common traits in winning ads.
• Detail-obsessed with hooks, timing, captions, and typography.
• Willingness to ship many concepts; growth mindset and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Competitor & market research using Meta Ad Library and TikTok to identify what works.
• Concept development: generate angles, hooks, and storylines from consumer insights.
• Scripting: write concise, high-converting scripts and storyboards.
• Briefing editors: provide clear briefs to ensure editors execute as intended.
• Data-driven iteration: analyze CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS, and refine.
• Develop variant v2.0s with new hooks, angles, and CTAs.
• Oversee the creative pipeline end-to-end in Airtable.
