Respond to inquiries via calls, social media, and webmail; promote services effectively; and meet monthly targets through proactive follow-up and customer engagement. Training at Johor Bahru's office, then fully WFH option.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a target-driven sales role.
• Fresh graduates welcome and previous tele-sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, social media, and webmail.
• Persuasively promote and sell services to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
• Provide accurate information to address customer queries.
• Assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Handle customer complaints and offer timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer details in the company database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and support.
