Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a proactive Bilingual Client Intake Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English to serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage inquiries, schedule consultations, and support the legal team with administrative tasks.

This fully remote, Asia-based role offers flexible scheduling, collaboration with attorneys across regions, and opportunities for growth within a U.S. immigration practice.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years in client relations, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience with CRM software and scheduling applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for client calls, emails, and inquiries with Mandarin-English bilingual support.
• Screen inquiries, schedule consultations, guide clients through intake process.
• Build rapport with clients and support conversion of leads into retained clients.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and deadlines while supporting management.
• Maintain client records in CRM and track interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team to ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
