Job summary

BGC Group is seeking a driven Digital Marketing & Brand Lead to steer our psychotherapy-focused marketing and brand development. You will craft psychology-informed content in English and Mandarin, and lead campaigns to expand into international Chinese-speaking markets.

The role includes personal and executive assistance to the Founder, requiring strong organisation and discretion, with hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Psychology, Counselling, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Preference for psychology background with trauma-informed/addiction knowledge.
• Proven digital marketing experience with strong business acumen.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu and Chinese trends.
• Skilled in content creation, social media management and digital tools.
• Highly organised, independent, proactive with multiple responsibilities.
• Personal/executive assistant experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote psychotherapy services and grow client base.
• Create engaging, psychology-informed content in English and Mandarin.
• Develop brand awareness across Singapore and Chinese markets (China, HK, Taiwan).
• Research audience behaviour, market trends and growth opportunities.
• Manage social media campaigns, track performance and generate inquiries.
• Ensure content is scientifically grounded, culturally sensitive and ethical.
• Manage Founder’s calendar, travel, events and admin tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, research, presentations and personal arrangements.
