G-P is a remote-first global employment platform seeking a motivated Business Development Representative. You will identify leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Strong communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed. There is a commission/bonus structure for sales roles and a yearly bonus for non-sales roles, with compensation varying by location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales development or lead generation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with prospects.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about Employer of Record services.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential clients.
