Vanice Advisory is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow the consulting business across Singapore and the region. You will identify prospective clients, conduct initial consultations, and guide leads from first contact to engagement.

You will collaborate with consultants and project leaders to understand client challenges, craft tailored solutions, present proposals, and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in B2B sales for professional services.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Vanice Advisory’s consulting services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other business development activities.
• Research prospective companies and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
• Identify client business challenges, requirements, and potential consulting opportunities.
• Conduct initial consultations and discovery discussions with prospective clients.
• Present Vanice Advisory’s consulting services and recommended solutions professionally.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service packages, and commercial terms.
• Close deals and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
