Job summary

Vantager Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an articulate Telemarketer to join our team. You will handle outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality sales leads across ERP solutions, cybersecurity, commercial electricity, and other B2B corporate services.

This is a fully remote position based in Malaysia, with working hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MYT. Benefits include 7 days paid annual leave and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven telemarketing or outbound B2B experience.
• Strong English communication skills; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and maintain focus.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up with key decision-makers (C-suite, IT, facilities, finance).
• Pitch and qualify leads across ERP, cybersecurity, utilities, and corporate services.
• Identify customer pain points, present offerings, and schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, connects, qualified leads).
