Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in B2B business development or corporate sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with senior management and C-level executives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients (SMEs and MNCs).
• Generate qualified business leads for HR consulting services.
• Arrange meetings with HR Managers, HR Directors, Managing Directors, Business Owners, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct business outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and networking activities.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work closely with our consultants to convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Develop and nurture long-term business relationships with clients.
• Research target industries and identify new business opportunities.
• Recommend and execute effective market development strategies.
