Vanice Advisory in Malaysia is seeking a meticulous and ambitious Consulting Operations Executive to join the growing operations team. You will own project operations from proposal development through to successful completion and reporting across client engagements.

You'll work with project leaders, coordinate with clients, manage documentation and compliance, and support business development with templates and AI-powered tools.

• Take full ownership of project operations across the entire project lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end project documentation, submissions, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery phases
• Handle queries, clarifications, and correspondence professionally and promptly
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and reports to the highest standards
• Develop business proposals using provided templates and AI-powered tools
• Craft client-facing documents and presentations
• Support preparation of consultation reports and strategic recommendations
• Maintain organized project files and tracking systems
• Respond to queries and follow up on outstanding matters proactively
• Ensure compliance with all project requirements and timelines
