Job summary

Ambuzz Trading (M) Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Malaysia, is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions for two related companies, including management accounts, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Xero and SQL accounting systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced FMCG and trading environment, delivering accurate

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in full-spectrum accounting.
Experience in FMCG, trading, manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries preferred.
Strong practical experience with Xero accounting software and SQL accounting systems.

Responsibilities

Handle the complete accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and month-/year-end closing.
Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities and related financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Reconcile bank, ledger, and intercompany balances; maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
