Job summary

OCBC is seeking a diligent Payments Operations Specialist to manage SWIFT messages and data maintenance. You will ensure compliance with regulations, monitor SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with IT and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payment processing, remittance operations, or financial services.
• Proficient in payment processing software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle SWIFT messages routing and creation with accuracy across departments.
• Maintain and update system parameters and pricing structures for payments.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in payments.
• Monitor SLAs for SWIFT message processing and data maintenance.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and IT on SWIFT and maintenance queries.
• Participate in root cause analysis and system-related problem resolution.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and address audit findings.
