Job summary

Hyperscaler Data Center MNC is seeking an in-country Operations leader to support the Reliability Director by providing technical leadership, governance, and execution oversight for reliability initiatives across the data centre portfolio. You will drive safe, reliable and scalable operations and oversee maintenance governance, risk management and continuous improvement across sites.

The role requires a strong SME with 8–12 years in critical infrastructure, knowledge of FMEA, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical/electrical engineering or Building Services Engineering.
SCEM, GMAP, CDCS or related certificates preferred.
8–12 years of experience managing critical infrastructure, preferably data centers.
Technical SME responsible for complete electrical and mechanical lifecycle.
Solid understanding of local and international maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, reliable, efficient and scalable operation of data centres.
Lead reliability governance and maintain a systemic risk register with mitigations.
Drive CAPA processes and root cause analyses; maintain KEDB for recurring issues.
Monitor energy and water performance; apply PDCA for continuous improvement.
Oversee preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
Coordinate with OEMs, service providers and internal stakeholders for high-quality maintenance services.
Coach site teams and strengthen regional competencies in critical environments.
