Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent local language; English at least intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance planning and execution to optimize plant reliability.
• Review spare parts and inventory levels to ensure availability.
• Develop action plans for breakdowns: mitigation, corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal and external teams to minimize downtime.
• Support MOS rollout and autonomous maintenance practices; ensure safety and quality compliance.
