JDE Peet's is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Maintenance Team in Malaysia. You will optimize plant equipment, deploy dynamic preventive maintenance, and align PM strategy with plant and business needs while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.

Responsibilities include leading PM execution, spare parts review, and developing corrective/preventive action plans. You will coordinate internal and external teams and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Local language fluency; English proficiency (Intermediate).
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (prefer FMCG) including Engineering roles.
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership role with development focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead preventive maintenance plan and execution.
• Review and assure spare parts and inventory levels.
• Develop action plans for breakdowns (mitigation, corrective, preventive).
• Ensure dynamic PM plans align with plant conditions and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance programs with internal and external teams.
• Drive cost efficiency and control.
