Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, or Oil & Gas environments.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and asset performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure plant equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate spare parts, maintenance resources, and inventory requirements with procurement.
• Monitor maintenance performance, maintain equipment records, and prepare reliability reports.
• Implement maintenance improvements while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
