SalesJourney360 in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Relationship Officer to act as the key liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and high service standards. You will handle new client setups, changes, and queries by phone and email, perform first‑level troubleshooting, and assist testing rollout of new products in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Aptitude for supporting technical products to a non-technical audience
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
