Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Good follow-up, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers after treatments to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.
• Identify opportunities to promote suitable CLM services, treatment packages, and wellness programmes based on customers' needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote suitable treatment packages, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and sales performance.
