Job summary

AmBank Group in Malaysia is seeking a Relationship Manager for an on-site role in Kelang. You will manage a portfolio of personal and business banking clients, build long-term relationships, and understand client financial needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.

Must have strong client relationship management and be able to analyze financial information

Proven sales and business development capabilities with pipeline management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Meet with customers to understand financial needs and propose suitable banking solutions.
Prepare proposals and review account performance for clients.
Coordinate onboarding and support credit assessments with internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and applications to meet service targets.
