Job summary

• Possess relevant insurance licenses.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good time management.
• Able to work independently with self-initiative or without much supervision.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and market lending products including related cross-selling under Direct Channel.
• Achieve stretched individual targets.
• Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets.
• Provide consistent service and participate in marketing activities in the Direct Channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, agents, lawyers, valuers and customers.
• Ensure lending applications and related documents are complete and compliant.
