Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Business Analyst to support regulatory projects and change initiatives. You will analyse regulatory and business requirements, coordinate controlled delivery, and document current- and target-state processes with data mapping and validation to support design and reporting.

You will maintain governance records, assist in testing, deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilisation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse information and produce clear project documentation.
• Experience mapping data sources, data reconciliation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional, data and regulatory requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and data mappings.
• Maintain traceability, version control and evidence of review throughout delivery.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT and track defects to closure.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance and technology stakeholders to enable controlled change.
