Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis Company, seeks a Water Treatment Specialist to provide technical support across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. You will identify gaps, set trial protocols, conduct audits, lead pilots, and train local sales teams in water and wastewater treatment programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Chemistry, or related science, and 8+ years in water treatment with strong English communication. Travel ~10–12 days/month; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related Science discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in water treatment, preferably chemical treatment for industrial applications.
• Experience with industrial customers and utility water/wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and translate into actionable opportunities.
• Develop systematic programs including product selection, cost-in-use analyses, ROI calculations.
• Plan and conduct on-site trials, define protocols and gain approvals.
• Lead value propositions, innovations, and product offerings.
• Train and support sales teams on water treatment programs.
• Collaborate with country teams to achieve growth targets in water treatment.
