Job summary

CIMB is seeking an experienced talent management professional to support the design and execution of CIMB Group's talent management framework across regions. You will contribute to talent identification, development, reviews, and succession planning, while coordinating with group HR partners to ensure seamless integration of initiatives across units and geographies.

The role requires a strong background in HR, OD, and talent management, with experience in stakeholder management and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR / Organisational Psychology or related fields.
• Project Management Certification / Business Process Improvement Certification an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Consulting, Programme/Project Management, or Business Development. Prior banking industry experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support to implement the Group-wide talent management framework to identify, develop and mobilise talent regionally for current and future business needs.
• Support to implement talent identification/assessment approach to identify talent across levels and business units regionally.
• Support to design and implement talent development approaches including on-the-job development, cross postings, leadership programs, experiential programs, etc.
• Support to implement talent review to assess talent status and development needs.
• Support to implement succession management framework in line with the Talent Management Framework.
• Liaise with Group HR departments on talent management and succession planning related matters for seamless integration.
• Deal with business PICs across the Group in implementation and execution of talent management activities.
