Job summary

MISC Berhad seeks an Executive, Talent Management to support talent analytics, leadership development and succession planning across the Group. The role is offered under a third-party contract where the successful candidate will be engaged by a service provider and assigned to MISC Berhad.

You will drive dashboards, coordination of programmes, and performance management systems, strengthening leadership bench strength through collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Social Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with leadership and talent development exposure.
• Experience implementing leadership development programmes/projects.
• Strong talent analytics, succession planning, programme coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with performance management systems, SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Open to a third-party contract employment arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent dashboards and reports covering succession readiness, talent mobility, attrition and leadership programme effectiveness.
• Provide talent insights to support leadership discussions, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Coordinate Talent Management programmes, projects, stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Maintain accurate talent data and listings for new joiners, mobility, progression and attrition.
• Support the Employee Performance Management System, including system enhancements, testing, user guidance and issue resolution.
• Monitor programme expenses and coordinate HRD Corp funding, vendor contracts and related governance requirements.
