Job summary

Doo Group is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our regional recruitment team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across markets.

Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You will learn quickly, be analytical, and own recruitment tasks with guidance from senior TA professionals.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Able to understand new concepts, industries and job requirements quickly.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail; capable of structured decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process for positions across Malaysia and regional markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Identify and build talent pools via LinkedIn, job portals, networks, and sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial phone/video interviews.
• Research talent markets and candidate profiles to support regional hiring.
• Engage with candidates to maintain a professional, positive experience.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interview feedback, and updates for hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain data in ATS systems.
